  15. You need 1/2 cup of wheat flour.

  2. Take chopped palak,methi, lettuce in a thali. Add salt and sugar and rub with your hand till leafy vegetables becomes soft and watery..
  3. Now add grated onion and all spices,soda bi carb and mix well..
  4. Now add all three flours,mix gently. Add curd as required (I used 2 tbsp) to make soft dough..
  5. From prepare dough mixture, with oily hands make 6 ablong shape rolls. Arrange them on greased holed plate as shown..
  6. Place it on stand kept in water filled big vessel or in steam cooker. Cover and steam cook for 25-30 minutes. Don't open the lid for 10 minutes..
  7. After 10 mins take the steamed Muthia plate out. Cut into slices. Pour oil on it..
