Ingredients of Healthy Barfi

  1. You need of mava.
  2. You need of goondh.
  3. It's of Ghee.
  4. It's of walnut.
  5. You need of badam(almonds).
  6. Prepare of dry ginger powder.
  7. You need of cardamom powder.
  8. Prepare of fresh cream.
  9. It's of cashew nuts.
  10. It's of sugar.
  11. You need of saffron.
  12. Prepare of oats flour.

Healthy Barfi step by step

  1. Take a pan put sugar and half cup of water make sugar syrup keep aside.
  2. Heat ghee in pan fry one by one walnut,badam,and goondh.
  3. Now heat khadhai put one tbsp of ghee put mava,fresh cream and atta mix it well stir it till it changes colour then put goondh.
  4. Walnut,badam, cashew nuts, cardamom powder,ginger powder saffron mix it well then add sugar syrup mix it well and cook for one min and put one grease plated with ghee.
  5. Make it smooth and make the shape of square let it cool serve it.
