1. Prepare 2 tsp of ghee.
2. Prepare 100 gms of semolina(rava).

1. Take a pan,add two tablespoon oil,add semolina And roast till it changes the colour on medium flame then will add condensed milk And kesar.When it will look like dough is ready will switch off the flame And keep it separately.
2. For stuffing.......In a pan will take almonds And pistachios...roast it for 2 mins then add cardamom powder,sugar,And half table spoon dough(rava dough)to bind the stuffing.
3. Final step is:Will take a modak mould or with the help of hand will make a shape and fill stuffing.we can give any shape.
