- It's 2 of onion chopped.
- You need 2 of tomatoes chopped.
- Prepare 2 of capsicum chopped.
- It's As needed of Homemade butter.

- It's 1 tbsp of red chilli powder.
- You need 2 tbsp of pav bhaji masala.
- It's 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.

Masala pav step by step
- Melt butter, add onion and cook it till it becomes pink..
- Then add chopped capsicum, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and pavbhaji masala to it. Stir fry it well for 4 to 5 minutes. Then add chopped tomatoes and stir it well. Cover the lid and cook for 10 minutes. Stir in between. Add salt and masala is ready.
- Roast paav on pan with butter. Stuff masala in paav and roast it. Masala paav is ready to eat. Garnish with finely chopped coriander. Serve hot with chopped onion and slice of lemon.
