Ingredients of Steamed Yoghurt

  1. It's 1 1/2 cup of vanilla greek yoghurt (or plain).
  2. You need 1 Cup of condensed milk.
  3. Prepare 1 Cup of fresh cream.
  4. You need 1/2 tsp of elaichi(cardamon) powder.
  5. It's as needed of saffron strings.
  6. You need as needed of pistachios.
  7. It's as needed of strawberries for garnishing.

Steamed Yoghurt instructions

  1. Collect all ingredients.
  2. Take a bowl, add yoghurt and beat until all lumps are gone. Now add condensed milk and cream. Mix well. And add elaichi powder.
  3. Take a heat proof bowl and add the mixture into it. And add the saffron strings on top.
  4. Cover the bowls with aluminium foils.
  5. Take a pan and add two cups of water and let it boil. Place a plate on top and put the bowls on top..
  6. Close the lid and let it steam for 20 mins on medium heat till the yoghurt is slightly firm.
  7. After 20 mins your steamed yoghurt is ready. You can garnish with strawberries and pistachios or with your choice..
  8. You can serve in room temperature or chilled..
