  1. Prepare 4 of potatoes boiled.
  2. Prepare 4 cup of maida (refined flour).
  3. You need 2 teaspoon of kasuri methi.
  4. It's 1 teaspoon of green chillies chopped.
  5. Prepare 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder.
  6. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  7. Prepare as needed of Vegetable oil.

  1. Mash the boiled potatoes and mix it with salt, green chillies, red chilli powder, kasuri methi..
  2. Heat some oil in a wok and fry the mashed potatoes..
  3. Make a dough of the maida by adding 2 teaspoon of oil and salt. Make some balls out of it..
  4. Flatten it with the help of a rolling pin and add the potato mix in between..
  5. Fold it in the way show in the picture.
  6. Flatten it again. Don't make it too thin else the potato mix will come out of it..
  7. Heat some oil in a tawa and fry each of the paranthas and serve hot with tomato ketchup..
