- Prepare 4 cup of maida (refined flour).
- You need 2 teaspoon of kasuri methi.

- Prepare to taste of Salt.

- Heat some oil in a wok and fry the mashed potatoes..
- Make a dough of the maida by adding 2 teaspoon of oil and salt. Make some balls out of it..
- Flatten it with the help of a rolling pin and add the potato mix in between..
- Fold it in the way show in the picture.
