- You need of Methi fresh or kasuri methi.

- Take makki ka atta and add fresh methi in it than add salt and crushed green chilli..
- Take warm water and make a dough with the help of water..put small portion of water one by one..
- Take a clean cloth on the slab and put Makki dough on it. With a synchronised hand pressure give shape to the dough..
- Than put paratha on preheated tawa and shallow fry with ghee from both side..
