1. You need of Makki ka atta.
2. Prepare of Methi fresh or kasuri methi.
3. You need of Salt.
4. It's of Green chilli.
5. Prepare of Ghee for shallow fry.

Methi Makki Paratha step by step

1. Take makki ka atta and add fresh methi in it than add salt and crushed green chilli..
2. Take warm water and make a dough with the help of water..put small portion of water one by one..
3. Take a clean cloth on the slab and put Makki dough on it. With a synchronised hand pressure give shape to the dough..
4. Than put paratha on preheated tawa and shallow fry with ghee from both side..
5. Yummy and traditional makki ka methi paratha ready for serve...serve hot with white homemade butter....
