  1. Prepare 2 cups of Mint Chopped (Pudina) Leaves.
  2. Prepare 2 cups of Coriander (Dhania) Leaves.
  3. You need 4 - 5 of Chilies (or more, depending upon your taste) Green.
  4. You need 1 teaspoon of Ginger paste.
  5. You need 1 - 2 teaspoons of Tamarind pulp.
  6. Prepare 1 tablespoon of Salt - (or as per taste).
  7. Prepare 1/4 teaspoon of Sugar.

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender/mixer & grind it well into a thick mixture..
  2. If you intend on consuming withing a day, you could even add some onion slices to give it an extra flavor..
  3. Refrigerate the chutney. It stays well for 5-7 days.
