- It's 1/2 cup of Jaggery.
- You need 8-10 of Almonds.
- You need 8-10 of Cashew nuts.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of pista flakes.
- Prepare 6-7 of dates.
- You need 1 tbsp of ghee.
Pour the water slowly to the flour and mix well. The quantity of water depends on the texture of the flour. Do not grind this too much. The moisture of the jaggery and the nuts will make it watery if you grind for a long time.

- First grind the oats in mixer jar to make powder..
- Heat a pan and dry roast the oats till it changes it's colour...On low flame (takes 2 - 3 mins.).
- Switch off the flame and let it cool..
- Now Grind together.. Almonds, cashews,and pista to course powder..
- Now add dates And again give it a spin.
- Now in a mixer jar add roasted oats powder, dry fruits mix, jagerry...And give it a spin till well combined..
- Take out this mixture in a plate / bowl...add 1 tbsp ghee and mix well with hands..
- Take a modak mould...Place mixture in the mould nicely...And close it...to give it a shape of modak..
- Prepare all modaks similarly..
- Healthy oats modak is ready..
