Spinach pooris step by step
- Take wheat flour and add all dry spices,salt and oil to it..
- Using the spinach puree make a slight hard dough and leave it to rest for 15-20 mins..
- After resting, make small balls of dough and roll out into small size pooris..
- Take oil in a kadai for frying and deep fry these on medium to high flame till brown on both sides..
- Serve the pooris hot with your choice of veggies or daal etc..
