- Mix all together till it bolls. Take potato mixture and flatten it and fry on tava. Transfer to a plate in a plate. Add patties then put ragada then apply grreen chutney, apply mithi chutney, put chopped onion, sev and pav. Last garnish with Coriander and green lgarlic.
