  8. Roll the dough evenly into circles using rolling pin. roll neither too thin nor thick..
  9. Further heat oil in a deep frying pan or kadai. when the oil is sufficiently hot, drop rolled out poori..
  10. Press gently with the spoon to puff up..
  11. Once they puff, it will automatically turn over. if not, once the bottom side is golden brown, turn over the poori..
  12. And fry the puri till golden brown all over..
  13. Also drain the poori into tissue paper to remove excess oil..
  14. Finally serve poori hot with aloo baaji or veg saagu..
