- It's 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of chana masala.
- It's 1 tsp of garam masala.
- It's 2 tsp of mango powder.
- It's to taste of salt.

Chole poori step by step
- Heat oil in a cooker add onion paste and saute till golden in colour..
- Put tomato puree and ginger garlic paste and saute till leave the oil..
- Add spices except garam masala and mango powder,roast the masala..
- Now add soaked chane and water cover the lid and take 7-8 whistles..
- Now remove the lid add garam masala and mango powder mix it well..
- Serve with poori and salad.
