- Take a pan, add 2 1/2 cups of water and heat it..
- Add salt, grated ginger, chopped green chilli, 1/2 tbsp oil to the water. Bring it to one boil. Switch off the gas..
- Add 1 1/4 cups of rava/ sooji. Mix the sooji with water. Let it cool. This mix should be like a dough..
- Transfer to the mixing bowl. Mix well to make a dough..
- Grease hands with oil. Now, take a lemon size ball of the dough. Roll it to smooth to make a ball..
- Steam this balls in a steamer for 8 to 10 Minutes on a medium flame..
- Once done, transfer to the plate. Let it cool..
- Now, prepare the tadka..
- For first tadka take a kadai, add oil and heat it and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, chilli flakes, salt and sauté for 1 min..
- Now, add the steamed sooji balls. Saute it for a minute..
- Now transfer into a plate..
- For second tadka take a same kadai where we prepare first tadka and add oil heat it after then add mustard seeda, curry leaves, chilli flakes and sauté for 1 min then add chopped tomato and salt in tadka and cook tomato until they properly cooked..
- After then add steamed sooji balls. Saute it for a minute..
- Transfer to the both on serving plate..
