2. Prepare of sugar.
3. Prepare of cashew coarsely grinded.
4. Prepare of bread grinded(2big slices).
5. Prepare of red food colour(optional).

Instant strawberry barfi step by step

1. Take a pan and add the strawberry puree and sugar and boil for 2 mins. Boil on medium flame till sugar dissolves.Add in coarse cashew and mix well..
2. Add in the fresh bread crumbs. Add red food colour it's optional. Add in the rose water and mix everything well till it leaves the pan..
3. Take a square or rectangle tin and grease it with ghee. Set the strawberry mix in it. Plain the surface with back of spoon..
4. Top it with chopped Almonds and press to set. Enjoyyy..
