- Heat a pan add oil,after it becomes hot,put mustard seeds in it.
- Let the mustard seeds splutter add the onions,green chilli,,fry for some time.

- Add tomato,and the dry masala let well fry until the flavor comes..
- Finally add water,salt,give a good boil..
- See the gravy how thick is needed and off the heat.
- Sprinkle with some Coriander leaves on top.
