- It's 1/2 cup of raw peanuts.
- Prepare 1 of small onion.
- You need 3 of dry red chilli.
- It's 1 tsp of urad dal.
- It's 1/2 tsp of chana dal.
- It's 5 of garlic cloves.
- You need 1 inch of ginger.
- You need 1 tsp of tamarind.
- You need To taste of salt.

- Prepare of Tempering.
- You need 2 tsp of oil.
- It's 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds.
- It's 1/4 Tsp of urad dal.
- You need 1 Spring of curry leaves.

Peanut Chutney step by step
- Dry roast peanuts till aromatic. Add to a mixie jar..
- Add 2 tbspn oil, urad dal and chanadhal followed by dry red chilli, garlic,ginger and onions.
- Add to the peanuts along with tamarind and salt. Blend to a smooth paste adding little water..
- For the tempering heat oil add mustard seeds after it cracks add urad dal, asofetida and curry leaves..
- Pour over the chutney and serve..
