  2. Prepare 1 of small onion.
  3. You need 3 of dry red chilli.
  4. It's 1 tsp of urad dal.
  5. It's 1/2 tsp of chana dal.
  6. It's 5 of garlic cloves.
  7. You need 1 inch of ginger.
  8. You need 1 tsp of tamarind.
  9. You need To taste of salt.
  10. It's 2 tbsp of oil.
  11. Prepare of Tempering.
  12. You need 2 tsp of oil.
  13. It's 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds.
  14. It's 1/4 Tsp of urad dal.
  15. You need 1 Spring of curry leaves.
  16. It's 1/2 tsp of hing/asafoetida.

Peanut Chutney step by step

  1. Dry roast peanuts till aromatic. Add to a mixie jar..
  2. Add 2 tbspn oil, urad dal and chanadhal followed by dry red chilli, garlic,ginger and onions.
  3. Add to the peanuts along with tamarind and salt. Blend to a smooth paste adding little water..
  4. For the tempering heat oil add mustard seeds after it cracks add urad dal, asofetida and curry leaves..
  5. Pour over the chutney and serve..
