- Mix all the ingredients except leaves with wheat flour.
- Add salt and sugar.
- Make a soft dough with water added to it.
- Rest it for 10 mimutes.
- Now take small portion of the dough and roll into the desired shape.
- Shallow fry it in a tawa and fry.
- For green chutney grind the leaves into a smooth paste.
- Add salt and lemon juice mix well.
