- Wash and peel all the veggies... chop the tomatoes separately in the mini chopper or any electric chopper... next chop all the other veggies together in the chopper... mini chopper is a really a handy tool in the kitchen and is a must in every kitchen.
- Heat oil in a kadhai and add crushed garlic.. then add all the chopped veggies and fry for 2 mins.. then add the chopped tomatoes and mix all well.. then add salt and pav bhaji masala and a little water.. mix and cover lid and let cook for 5 mins..
- After 5 mins open lid and add the sauce and mayo and mix... add mashed potatoes and mix all for 2 mins then add 1cup water and let it simmer for 3 mins..
- Cut pav in half.. spread butter on it and toast on tawa...
- Garnish some coriander chopped and add a blob of butter on pav bhaji and serve hot with toasted pav..
