  1. First we will make dough.
  2. In a big bowl add Wheat Flour, Salt & Oil,Mix it Well.
  3. Add Water Gradually,Make soft Dough, Cover it with lid & keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile will make Filling.
  5. First Wash Cauliflower & take it's florets, Cut Cauliflower in very small pieces with knife or you can chop them in chopper.
  6. Now in bowl add chopped Cauliflower, Onion, Coriander Leaves & green chilli, Mix them Well.
  7. Now add Ajwain, Chat Masala, Red Chilli Powder & Salt, Mix It Well. Keep it aside.
  8. Now remove the Lid from Dough & knead it again, Take a ball size portion from the dough.
  9. Apply dry wheat flour on it if needed, Roll it thick.
  10. Take the rolled dough on palm & put 2 tsp of Cauliflower mixture.
  11. Seal it from corners, Press the corners properly so that the mixture spreads properly, Now Roll it again.
  12. Now heat the Tawa in medium flame, Put Parantha on Tawa.
  13. Roast it from both sides, Now apply some oil on both sides.
  14. Let it cook till they turn golden in colour.
  15. GOBHI KA PARANTHA is READY,Take it out in Serving Plate,Make other paranthas from remaining dough.
  16. Serve hot with Butter, Curd or Pickle.
