- Firstly take small bowl add yeast,water and sugar mix it well and take rest at least 10minutes..
- Now take a bowl add maida,salt,ghee,egg,grounded sugar,cream or Malai,milk powder,baking powder mix well and now gradually add milk and knead soft dough for 5 minutes now add kewra water mix well and again knead 5 minutes and take rest at least 2 hours on warm place..
- After 2 hour dough has ready now divided into 5-6 parts.take 1 part and dust little bit of maida on surface and roll it like roti but not too thick nor too thin.take a butter paper and keep sheermal on it and brush the food colour,and ghee after that prick it......
- Preheat the oven or airfryer 200°c for 5 minutes now keep in sheermal on oven firstly 4-5 minutes after that again prick it and again bake for 5 minutes or sheermal colour brown....now brush ghee on surface..
