- Soak Dal for 3-4 hours.. In the blender blend dal along with ginger, chillis and little water to make a coarsed paste...
- Take flour, add ghee, salt and sugar into it..Mix ghee appropriately with the flour then add water as per required for making a dough like medium soft..Covered it with a clean cotton cloth for half an hour...
- Take a pan on heat,add cumin, funnel and red chilli and dry roast them and make powder of that by blender...
- In that pan add ghee flame up and add assefoida and flame low of gas, add Dal paste and continuous stirring.. Add salt, sugar, termeric powder, roasted powder and stirr more about 1-2 mins when all spices blended well.. switch off the gas..wait little for cool down the stuffing...
- From dough make balls and stuffing too make balls 1/3rd of size of dough ball...
- Now each dough ball make roll and put stuffing ball into it...
- After all stuffing done, next step is roll each stuffed ball using oil...
- Deep fry them with medium heat with time till colour changes to golden yellowish...
