- Now roll out chapati from wheat flour.take small amount of Jaggery & put on half portion of chapati. Apply water on sides of chapati. And fold the chapati.as shown in the picture. Cook on tawa at medium heat.turn cook same way other side also. Remove apply oil or ghee cut in half and serve hot..
