- Pour the mixture in ramekin bowls or oven safe bowls. Cover the bowls with aluminium foil so that steam cannot escape. Place the bowls in the cake tin or oven safe plate which is 1/3rd portion filled with water..
- Now preheat oven to 350 degree fahrenheit or 180 degree celcius. Place the cake tin into the oven. Steam it for 20 mins. Switch off the flame and keep it inside for another 10 mins. After that take it out from oven and keep it in room temperature for another 20 mins. Now place it in refrigerator for 2 hrs. Garnish with some pistachios and serve it cold..
The Sweet steamed yogurt or Bhapa Doi as we say in Bengali came out much more creamier than usual, thanks to Oikos Greek Yogurt. Garnish with saffron strands and serve.
