- Boil 12 whole kashmiri chillies in 1 cup of water. Let it simmer for 10 minutes. When this cools a bit put chillies without stalks in a grinder.Add 2tbsp coriander pwdr, ginger garlic paste, chopped shallots, turmeric pwdr,2tsp salt.Grind this to a smooth paste without water..
- Heat 2tbsp oil in a pan. Add 2 pinches of fenugreek.When it turns golden add 2 sprigs of curry leaves. Add chopped tomatoes.
