- You need 1 cup of atta.
- You need 1 of large beetroot.
- Prepare 1/2 inch of ginger finely chopped.
- It's 1/2 tsp of jeera (cumin seeds).
- It's 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of oil.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- It's as required of Water.
- You need as required of Oil for frying.

Beetroot masala puri instructions
- Rinse peel and roughly chop beetroot in a blender jar.
- Take atta,salt,jeera,red chilli in a mixing bowl add beetroot puree also add oil add very less water after you mix with puree..
- Mix and knead to a soft dough cover and let the dough rest for 20 minutes..
- Now divide the dough in small sized balls take one dough ball flatten it and spread some oil on it..
- Heat oil in a pan gently slid poori on the oil then with the slotted spoon gently turn over fry the other side..
- Serve with masala puri with aloo sabzi,curd or any veg gravy of your choice..
