  3. Now add mung sprouts and mix well and cover pan at medium stove for 7-8 minutes.Now open pan add 2.5 glass water,cover up pan for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes sabji will prepare to serve add coriander leaves for garnish.serve with rice and chapati..
