Mithi puri step by step

  1. Take a pan. Add into water and boil it. After boiling this water add into sugar and jaggery. And mix it well into water.(With the help off rolling pin beat the jaggery...it is easy to melt.).
  2. When the water is boiled add into both elachi and off the flame and leave it for 30 min. After that when the water is normal use it to make dough..
  3. Take other bowl add into flour and malai and mix well. after that slowly slowly add into water and make dough..
  4. When the dough is ready make it small balls and with the rolling pin make thick chpati.u will do again this process with complete dough.Other side take pan and test the oil..
  5. When the oil is ready u will deep fry all chapati and when it's change own colour Brown take out this chpati from pan and leave it for normal cold.and save it in jar 3 or 4 days and eat with malai and curd and butter. It is soft and healthy..
