  2. Prepare 20 of Pistas.

  4. It's 20 of Cashew Nuts.
  5. Prepare 10 of Dates.
  6. You need 20 grams of Chirongi seeds.
  7. It's 150 ml of Milkmaid.
  8. You need 40 grams of Nylon vermicelli.
  9. Prepare 5 grams of Saffrron.
  10. It's 3 tbsp of Ghee.

Sheer Kurma step by step

  1. Soak Almonds, pistaa and Chirongis overnight.
  2. The next day morning soak Cashews and Dates in hot water.
  3. Remove skin from pistas, almonds and chirongis and chop the almonds and pistas. Chop dates by removing seeds and keep everything ready..
  4. Fry the nuts and dates one by one in ghee.
  5. And keep them aside..
  6. Add the vermicelli to ghee and gently roast and keep it aside..
  7. Boil 1 litre of milk and to that add the nuts and boil for 7 to 10 minutes in low flame.
  8. Add the vermicelli, milkmaid and saffron and mix well. Cover and cook for another 10 minutes.
  9. Remove and serve warm or chilled..
