- Heat oil in pan. Add mustard seeds, Urad Dal & fenugreek. Sauté well till urad dal becomes golden brown, add ground batter adding water & salt..
- Stir continuously till this batter becomes smooth and remove from pan. Let it cool little..
- Shaped in balls form, make a small depression in each balls.Steamed this balls in steamer for fifteen minutes..
- Soak lemon size tamarind in water for few minutes and extract it's pulp.Add salt, water and chopped onion to tamarind pulp and mix well.Now temper it with mustard seeds & red chilli powder.(No need of boiling).
