- Prepare 1 of small onion finely chopped.
- You need 2 of green chillies finely chopped.

- You need 2 tbsp of finely chopped coriander leaves.

- You need 1 tsp of amchur powder or lemon juice.
- Prepare 1 tsp of ajwain.
- It's 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- It's 1/2 tsp of jeera powder.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of besan slurry(take 2-3 tsp of besan & add 5-6 tbsp water).
- You need of Oil for deep frying.
