  1. Arrange all the ingredients. Soak the mustard & poppy seeds atleast an hour before starting the cooking process..
  2. Make a paste of soaked mustard & poppy,green chillis, yogurt & coconut with some salt..
  3. Add all the paste & paneer along with the mustard oil in the same bowl your are about to steam the paneer..
  4. Coat each paneer cubes gently with the marinade..
