- Prepare 2 of onion sliced.
- It's 1/2 cup of curd(dahi).

- Prepare As needed of Water.
- You need 2 tbsp of Fresh malai/cream.

- You need 1 tsp of haldi ( turmeric)powder.
- It's 1 tbsp of panner masala powder.
- It's 1 tsp of garam masala powder.
- It's 1 of bay leaf.
- It's 1 piece of dalchini/cinnamon stick.
- Prepare 2 of black pepper.
- It's 1/2 tsp of jeera/cumin seeds.
- You need 1 cup of blanced mix veggies(carrot, panner, peas, etc).
- Prepare 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
Shahi Veg Korma Restaurant Style instructions
- Heat 1tbsp oil in a pan as oil heats add sliced onion saute it till it turns golden brown. Meanwhile in a spreate bowl add cashew nuts into it add hot water keep it aside for 10-15 min. As onion turns into golden brown. Cool them in a mixer jar add cooked onion and cashew with water make a fine paste.
- Now heat a kadai and remaining oil as it heats add all khada masala and saute it for few seconds. Then in a separate bowl add curd, red chilli powder, corriender powder, haldi powder and besan and mix them together add this batter into kadai and cook it for 2-5min on low flame..
- After 5min add the above onion and cashew paste mix them together and cook it for another 3-5min. Then add salt, panner masala powder, ginger garlic paste and water and mix them..
- Then add veggies cover it with lid and cook it for another 10min if required add little water again. Then add malai mix them together after 2min turn off the gas. Garnish it with corriender leaves and Serve the Korma with roti or naan..
