- You need 1 cup of soaked moong daal.
- It's 1 cup of boiled noodles.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of boiled mixed sprouts.
- It's 3 of boiled potatoes.
- You need 1/2 of grated carrot.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of boiled peas.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of boiled corns.
- Prepare 6-7 of Bread toast.
- It's 1 1/2 inch of chopped ginger.
- Prepare 3 tsp of coriander leaves.
- Prepare 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of coriander powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of amchoor powder.
- Prepare As needed of Oil for shallow fry.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
Healthy Daal Bomb step by step
- Coarsly grind boiled sprouts and boil the soaked moong daal for 5 minutes.
- Mix all the ingredients except moong daal, noodles and besan.
- Make the paste of besan flour.
- Fry the noodles and keep it aside..
- Make the balls of the mixture dip in the besan flour and wrap moong daal around keep all the balls in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the fridge and fry until golden brown.
- Decorate according to the picture and serve hot with ketchup or schejwan sauce.
