Egg malai curry instructions
- Season the egg with salt and turmeric powder.
- Fry the eggs and the potato cubes and keep aside.
- Now add oil and the whole jeera garam masalas,bay leaf and red chilli to the pan.
- Fry the onion paste along with the garlic and ginger paste.
- Mix salt,jeera,red chilli powder.
- Add tomato puree and mix well adding the fried eggs and potatoes.
- Add little water and cover it.
- Pour warm water /milk over the desicated coconut and extract milk.
- Add the milk and cook for a while.
- Finally add ghee and garam marsala and serve it hot.
