  1. First take a big bowl.....add suji and curd....mix well.
  2. Add salt,sugar,lemon juice, veggies, green chilli,and chopped coriander and mix well.
  3. Keep aside for 30 mintues.
  4. After that add baking soda and mix smoothly and now take a pan and pour one spoon of oil.
  5. Add mustard seeds....when it's crack three spoon mixture spread on pan and one chapati put on it.
  6. Cover with lid for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.
  7. After that open the lid and cook it from another side.
  8. Just cook from both sides well.
  9. And it's ready...serve it with tomato sauce.
