- In a blender add in Grated Coconut, Mint leaves, Cilantro, Tamarind, Lemon Juice and Green Chillies and form a thick paste..
- We need this Chutney to be little thick because this needs to be filled in the sabudana vada..
- If the prepared chutney is bit runny then make sure to discard the water by sieving it..
- Now take the prepared tapioca Balls, flatten it and add a teaspoon of thick Mint Chutney and wrap it and roll the balls..
