- It's 500 gram of Chicken with bone.
- Prepare 5 big of Onion finely sliced.
- It's 2 table spoon of Ginger garlic paste.

- Prepare 1 teaspoon of Coriander powder.
- You need 2 teaspoon of Kashmiri red chilli powder.
- You need 2 teaspoon of Garam masala powder.
- Prepare 2 teaspoon of Ghee.
- It's 3 tablespoon of Mustard oil.
- You need 1/2 cup of Yogurt.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- Prepare 1 tablespoon of Whole garam masala( cardamom, cinnamon).
- Prepare 1 of bay leaf.
- Prepare 2 of Dry red chilli.
- Prepare 1/2 bunch of Chopped Coriander for garnishing.
Chicken Masala Curry instructions
- Wash and pat dry the chicken..
- Marinade the chicken with yogurt, cumin Coriander powder, salt, kasmiri red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and oil for 15 minutes. More is better..
- Heat mustard oil in a kadai and add the whole spices..
- When they starts to crackle add the onions..
- Saute until golden brown..
- Now add the marinated chicken and keep stirring for 15 minutes..
- Add tomato paste and keep cooking until the raw smell of tomato completely disappears..
- At this stage add garam masala and continue cooking until oil separates..
- Add ghee and cover and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes until fully done..
- Decorate with some Coriander leaves and serve hot with steamed rice/roti/parantha etc..
