- Prepare 2 of whole wheat rotis or tortillas.
- It's 1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms.
- It's 1 tablespoon of diced red pepper.
- You need 1/2 cup of roughly chopped spinach.
- It's 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.
- Prepare 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
- It's 1/2 teaspoon of butter.
- You need 1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder.
- You need 1/2 teaspoon of mayonnaise.
Veg Quesadilla instructions
- First in a nonstick pan take very little amount of butter & add red bell pepper & chopped onion & saute. Then add mushrooms & spinach followed my salt & pepper.Once these vegetables are cooked, keep them aside..
- Now in a tawa place the roti and heat up both sides a bit. Then transfer the vegetable mixture on half portion of the roti & spread it equally..
- Now add shredded cheese over the vegetables & spread mayonnaise on the other half portion of the roti..
- Now the roti gold in half & flip it up carefully then press it lightly. After 1 minute remove it from tawa & now it's ready to be served. Now cut it in equal triangle pieces & serve hot..
