- You need 1 cup of veggies of your choice.
- It's 1/2 cup of paneer.
- Prepare 3 of medium size onions.
- Prepare 1 cup of curd.
- You need 1/2 tsp of besan/gram flour.
- It's 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of haldi/ Turmeric powt.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of sukha dhaniya(dry Coriander powder).
- You need 1/2 tsp of garam masala.
- Prepare 1 tsp of kasturi methi.
- You need 2 tsp of cashews.
- It's 5 tsp of ghee.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- It's 1 tsp of ginger juliene.
- You need Pinch of elaichi ( Cardamom)powder.
Veg Shahi Korma step by step
- Heat ghee. Saute onions till golden brown. Add cashews in mixie with onions and blend it to a smooth paste..
- Agn heat ghee. Add elaichi powder and ginger julienes followed by curd,besan,red chilli powder,haldi and sukha dhaniya..
- Saute fr 2 mins and then add onion paste. Cook fr 3 mins on sim..
- Add all the veggies with paneer. Cover and cook fr 5 mins..
- Lastly add salt,garam masala and kasoori methi. Serve hot with roti or naan!.
