  2. Prepare 2 cups of maida/ all purpose flour.
  3. It's 2tsp of baking powder.
  4. It's 1tsp of salt.
  5. Prepare 2tsp of Ghee/vanspati.
  6. It's of Stuffing.
  7. You need 1 cup of Mushrooms.
  8. It's 1/2 cup of Onions.
  9. It's 1/2 cup of Capsicum.
  10. It's 1/2 cup of Corn.
  11. You need 1.5tsp of Garlic powder.
  12. Prepare as per taste of Red chilli flakes.
  13. You need 1tsp of Mix herbs.
  14. It's 1tsp of Pepper powder.
  15. You need to taste of Salt.
  16. You need as needed of Cheese.
  17. Prepare as needed of Butter.

Vegetable Quesadilla instructions

  1. Knead a medium soft dough and keep it aside for 30 mins.make portions.
  2. Roll out rotis of it of medium thickness and roast from both sides.
  3. With butter roast one side till crisp and keep aside. Same way roast single side of other tortilla with butter and keep aside.
  4. In a pan take oil.add capsicum,onions,corn and saute. Later add mushrooms and mix well.add chilli flakes,mix herbs, garlic powder,pepper powder, salt.
  5. On the crisp side spread grated cheese over it spread stuffing and again cheese over stuffing. Cover with other tortilla with crisp side on cheese(crisp sides inside) Roast the outer surfaces with butter till crisp..
  6. Cut and Ready to serve.
