- You need 6 of Eggs.
- It's 2 of Medium sized Potatoes.
- Prepare 2 of Onions (in paste).
- Prepare 1 tsp of Garlic paste.
- You need 1 tsp of Ginger paste.
- It's 2 pcs of Tomatoes (paste).
- You need 1 tbsp of Coriander Powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Cumin powder.

Egg Potato Curry step by step
- Boil eggs.
- De shell eggs n make one or two cut in eggs in opposite sides.. .. This process help to absorb spices into egg..
- Cut potatoes into cubes not very small in size, wash them..
- Take a heavy bottom woke, heat two tbs oil, Now fry cubes potatoes till light brown. Keep aside..
- Now fry eggs.. Sprinkle lil bit salt.. till light brown, keep aside..
- Now add remaining two tbs oil.. Heat, temper one Bay leaf, add onion, garlic, ginger paste, fry for two in high flame, add tomato paste.. Stir continuously.. B careful.. Should not burn..
- Add all dry spices except garam masala.. Fry till spices start to release oil..
- Add fried potatoes, mix well, add one glass water, do flame medium. Cook with lid till potatoes gets tender..
- Open the lid.. Add eggs, if u need more gravy add half cup water, cook for five-minute..
- Now off gas oven. Sprinkle garam masala, cover the lid. Keep it for five-minute..
- Open lid.. Sprinkle cilantro..
- Serve with hot steamed rice or bread..
