- Crack three eggs in a big bowl..
- Whisk egg with whisker.. Add chopped onion, green chilli n salt..
- Now heat oil in non stick frying pan... Spread egg..cook one side....
- Wen cooked one side.. Start to fold the omelet...
- Now its folded...
- Cut into in pieces.. Keep aside..
- Cut the potato in cubes. Wash them..
- Heat oil in heavy bottom pan... Add potato pieces. Fry them till light brown..
- Now add garlic n onion paste.. Saute them for two min.. Add ginger paste . Tomato puree.. Add all dry ingredients..except garam masala.. Stir continuously....
- Wen all spices starts to release oil... Add two cups of water. Cover the lid. Cook for ten minutes..
- Now open the lid. Check potato become soft.. Then add omelet pieces.. Cook for two minutes without lid..
- Now take out.. Off the fire.. Sprinkle garam masala n garnish with cilantro..
- Serve with hot steamed rice...
