- In a bowl mix sooji and curd.
- Make a batter with water.
- Add eno.
- Pour little water on eno and mix well.
- Add water in idle stand.
- Now add this batter in greeced idli molds.
- When water starts boiling keep these molds in idli stand.
- Cover idli stand.
- Cook Idli for 8 to 10 minutes on high flame.
- For chutney. In mixer jar add coconut, roasted chane,salt,curd and geen chilli.
- Blend all.chutney is ready..
- Ready to serve..
