- You need 2 bowl of wheat flour.
- You need 1 cup of mustard oil.

- Take a grinder make a fine puree of boiled palak..
- Take another big bowl add wheat flour, pureed palak, mustard oil,salt and all mix spices..
- Knead a tight dough.(use the small amount of water if dough is very dry or tight) Rest it for another 10 mins..
- Take a kadai pour with oil (frying). Take dough and Knead again for few seconds..
