- Prepare 250 gms of Atta.
- You need as required of Oil for frying.
- It's to taste of Salt.
- It's pinch of Haldi.
- Prepare Pinch of Hing.

- In a bowl take atta add oil salt haldi and hing make dough with water now keep aside to 10 mins, now make balls from dough in equal portion then roll out and deep fry in oil transfer to plate serve with gravy aloo sabji and other dish like shree khand,Fruit custard and most of all aam ka fresh achar.
