- Take a bowl add wheat flour,salt, oil,chilli adrak paste,sesame seeds, red chilli powder,garlic paste,and add fresh methi leaves.Add yogurt and knead into a semi soft dough.set aside..
- Heat oil in a pan.Add capsicum,and saute for 20- seconds.add corn and saute for few seconds..
- Add rajma,mix and cook for 1-minutes add salt,chilli powder,sugar,and chilli sauce, mix cover and cook till the mixture dries..
- Heat non stick tawa. place the dough on the worktop.add 1- tbsp oil and knead again..
- Place the Thepla on hot tawa and roast from both sides.till golden brown.
- To prepare quesadilla,spread the stuffing on one Thepla,great some cheese on top and cover with another Thepla..
- Place the prepared quesadilla on hot tawa and rost from both sides.
