- You need 1 cup of wheat flour.
- You need 2.5 tbsp of semolina.
- It's 1/2 of th tsp red chilli powder.
- It's 1/4 of th tsp turmeric powder.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- You need as needed of Oil.
- It's of Water to knead.

- Mix all the dry ingredients and add oil and mix it well..
- Now add water to dough to knead it..
- The dough should be tight and stiff.
- After the dough is ready, cover it and set it aside for 15 mins..
- Now make small balls from the dough and roll it with the rolling pin..
- Heat the oil in a kadaai and fry the puris on a medium flame..
- Don't over fry the puris, just remove the puris after it gets the light brown colour..
