- You need 2 cups of wheat flour.
- Prepare 1/4 of th cup semolina.
- Prepare 1/4 of th cup besan /gram flour.
- You need 1 teaspoon of oil.
- You need 1/2 teaspoon of chilli powder.
- You need 1 teaspoon of coriander powder.
- It's 1/2 teaspoon of saunf powder.
- You need 2 pinches of asafoetida /hing.
- You need 1 teaspoon of kasuri methi.

Masala pooris step by step
- Take wheat flour semolina, gram flour in a big bowl add all the spice powders, oil and very little salt to taste.
- Make the dough like that of paranthas, it should not be too hard..
- Take a small lemon sized masala dough and make a small ball..
- Roll out the ball in a shape of poori with a rolling pin using 2 drops of oil instead of of wheat flour..
- When the oil is properly heated drop the poori carefully and fry the poori till it is golden brown turning occasionally from time to time..
- Take out the fluffy pooris on an absorbent paper..
- Serve hot with shahi paneer curry or any other curry you like and raita.
